Add Fluent Support To Your WordPress Site

In your WordPress site, you can add the Fluent Support plugin in two ways: by adding it directly from the WordPress Plugin directory or uploading it using a Zip file.

Install by Uploading the Zip File

To install and activate the Fluent Support PRO version, you must upload the Zip file manually. Otherwise, you can add the free version simply from the WordPress Plugin directory as shown above.

Update Fluent Support

You can easily update your Fluent Support Free or Pro versions anytime.
To do this, go to the Plugins page of your WordPress Dashboard and check whether any update is available. If any update is available click on the update now button.

Make sure that the pro version is activated with a valid license key. If you don’t have a license key or the license key is expired, you can purchase a new one or renew the existing one from here.

Upgrade to Fluent Support Pro Add-on

To learn how to upgrade your Fluent Support to Fluent Support PRO, follow the steps with the screenshots below —

Once you log into your WP Manage Ninja Dashboard, you will find Fluent Support under My Products.
Now, click Download and the PRO Add-On will be downloaded to your device in .zip format.

Also, copy the License Key since you need it later to Activate your PRO Features.

Install & Activate Fluent Support PRO

To learn how to install & activate Fluent Support PRO on your WordPress site, follow the steps with the screenshots below —

Do not Deactivate or Delete the free version of the Fluent Support plugin from the plugins list as it is required for the Fluent Support PRO to function.

Plus, you will be asked for a License Key to activate all the PRO features that you will find in your wpmanageninja.com user dashboard.

First, from your WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins and click on Add New Plugin.

Click on Upload Plugin.

Click on the Choose file to upload the zip file of the Fluent Support Pro plugin.

Select the Zip file of the Fluent Support Pro plugin from your device that you have downloaded before and click the Install Now button. Now, the Fluent Support PRO plugin will be successfully installed on your WordPress site!

Now, to activate, click on the Activate Plugin.

But, you need the Fluent Support License Key to successfully activate all the Fluent Support PRO features.

Activate Fluent Support Pro with License Key

From your Fluent Support’s Dashboard, click on Global Settings.

From your left side panel, click on License Management.

How To Deactivate/Delete the Fluent Support

To learn how to Deactivate and Delete Fluent Support directly from the WordPress Plugin Directory in your WordPress site, follow the steps with the screenshots below —

Go to the Plugins from your WordPress Dashboard and click the Installed Plugin button.

Now, click on the Deactivate button of the desired plugin that you wish to deactivate.

Remember, when you Deactivate the plugin it will just pause all its functionalities, it won’t be uninstalled. You can activate it anytime from the same place by clicking the Activate button.

Or, click on the Delete button of the desired plugin that you wish to delete.

Remember, you must deactivate any plugin before deleting it. Although deletion removes the plugin from your WordPress site, it doesn’t permanently remove the plugin data from the database.

The deleted plugin data remains in your website database and when you reactivate or reinstall it, all of its data will be retrieved. For permanent removal, contact our @support team.
