Please review how freshdesk works in this regard.

To work with multiple agents but filter out irrelevant tickets you have to create ridiculously lengthen workflows and repeat them each time which is extremely unfriendly.

You can close a ticket from Telegram using a simple text command [close]. To close a ticket, reply to the ticket notification with this( [close] ) command. Also, you can reply to the ticket at the same time.
